# Wiki & Review

> A governed company memory that writes itself — and the review gate that keeps it honest

## The Wiki

The **Wiki** is Brink's living company memory. As data flows in, Brink distills what it learns into wiki pages — vendors, processes, project facts — so knowledge stops living only in people's heads.

* **Pages** are organized in folders with search, and link to each other with wikilinks; each page shows where it's **mentioned** elsewhere.
* **Claims carry citations.** Statements on a page are backed by sources, and highlighted so you can see what's grounded.
* **History** shows every revision — who (or which agent) made it, when, and why.
* Anyone can **Edit** a page directly; add a change summary and save a revision.

## Review

Machine-proposed changes to the wiki don't just land — they queue on the **Review** page for human approval:

* **Pending proposals** list each suggested change with the page, a change summary, and how well-grounded it is.
* The detail view shows a **diff of current vs. proposed**, plus every claim with its citations and grounding score, and why the change was queued.
* **Approve** applies the change to the page. **Reject** asks for a reason — which is saved as feedback that improves future proposals.
