# Organization & members

> Roles, invitations, member project access, and organization settings

## Roles

| Role | What they can do |
| ---------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Owner** | Everything an admin can, plus org ownership. The org's creator is the owner. |
| **Admin** | Invite teammates, manage integrations and connections, create projects, approve wiki proposals, generate digests, change org settings. |
| **Member** | Chat, browse documents and projects they have access to, connect personal integrations. Cannot connect org integrations or invite. |

Owners and admins can always access every project. Members get either **All Projects** or a named list — managed per member.

## Inviting teammates

From **Organization settings → Invites → Invite teammate** (admins only):

1. Enter the teammate's email and pick a role — **Member** or **Admin**.
2. Choose their project access: check specific projects, or **All Projects (including ones created later)**. Leaving everything unchecked invites them with no project access yet.
3. Send. Pending invites are listed with expiry and a **Copy link** button if you'd rather share the link yourself.

Accepting an invitation activates the account automatically — invited teammates never need an activation code.

## Managing members

The **Members** tab lists everyone with their role and project access. Admins can change a member's role, and adjust which projects each member can reach — specific projects or org-wide access.

## Organization settings

Opened from the sidebar account menu → **Organization**:

* **Organization** — rename the org, switch between orgs you belong to, and rename the sidebar navigation labels. Renaming **Projects** (to "Jobs", say) re-labels that word across the whole product.
* **Logo** — drag and drop an image (PNG/JPEG/WebP) or paste a URL; your logo replaces the Brink wordmark in the sidebar.
* **Notifications** — choose which operational emails members receive: **Daily digest**, **Agent task completion**, and **Integration failures**. Transactional emails (invites, activation) are always sent.
