Timezones, password reset, and your display name

  • Timezones, end to end — set your organization’s timezone under Organization settings → Organization, and override it per jobsite on a project’s Timezone field. Brink now uses it to decide when the daily digest is generated, when scheduled agents fire, and what counts as “today” in daily logs and digests. Times you see in the product are shown in your own browser’s timezone. See Organization & members.
  • All-day calendar events — all-day meetings on the Daily page now stay on the day they belong to, no matter which timezone you or the organizer are in, and citations to them read as dates rather than times.
  • Reset your passwordForgot password? on the sign-in page emails a recovery link that opens a Choose a new password form. Google sign-in keeps working alongside it.
  • Edit your display name — change how your name appears across Brink from your profile.
  • Cleaner sign-up — registering with an email that already has an account now points you straight at sign-in instead of showing a generic error, and redeeming an activation code no longer detours through company-workspace discovery.

Sign in without a password

  • Email me a sign-in link — enter your email on the sign-in page and Brink sends a one-click link. No password needed.
  • Check your inbox — signup confirmation and sign-in links now land on a proper page that tells you where the email went, lets you resend it, and survives a reload.

Attachments in chat, richer sources, and SharePoint

  • Uploaded files stay with the conversation — documents you drop into a chat now appear as attachment cards on the message, so you can see exactly what a question was asked against.
  • Source cards show where they came from — citation cards now carry the icon of the tool behind them (Procore, Gmail, Slack, Drive, and the rest) so you can tell at a glance what an answer is grounded in.
  • SharePoint document libraries — the OneDrive connector now covers SharePoint site libraries, and offers folder binding right after you connect. See integrations.
  • Folder connectors wait for a binding — a newly connected file connector no longer starts syncing until you tell it which folders belong to which project.

Scope your questions, and upload straight into chat

  • Scope selector in chat — choose what a question is answered against before you ask it, instead of relying on your active project alone. See Ask the assistant.
  • Upload documents in the chat — drop a file into the composer and ask about it immediately; it lands in the Document Center too.
  • Large file uploads — big drawing sets and schedules now upload directly to storage with a resumable transfer, so a slow connection no longer means starting over.
  • Deeper reading behind answers — the assistant can now read a full document rather than matching excerpts, which makes answers on long specifications and contracts markedly better.
  • Organization switcher in the sidebar — if you belong to more than one workspace, switch between them without leaving the page.
  • Live activity while an answer streams — watch what the assistant is reading as it works.

Project inboxes, document viewer, and product email

  • Custom inbox domain for project inboxes — run your projects’ AI employee inboxes on your own domain, with an admin Recreate inbox action when one needs re-provisioning.
  • Document viewer — images preview inline, and unsupported file types now explain themselves instead of failing silently. Scroll tracking and keyboard navigation in the viewer are much improved.
  • Members can see integrations — members now get a read-only view of the integrations bound to their projects; connecting and managing stays with admins.
  • Redesigned product emails — invitations, digests, and alerts share a cleaner, more readable layout.
  • Simpler activation — the activation page is now a single field: paste the whole code or type the eight characters after the dash.

Google Drive, OneDrive, and joining your company’s workspace

  • Google Drive and OneDrive connectors — bind Drive and OneDrive folders to projects the same way you bind Box and Dropbox. See integrations.
  • Bring your own app for Drive, OneDrive, and Teams — connect with your own Google or Microsoft app registration instead of Brink’s.
  • Join your company’s workspace — sign up with your work email and Brink finds the workspace that already exists on your domain, so you can Request to join instead of starting a second one. Owners and admins approve requests, and approval activates the account.
  • Organization picker — belong to more than one organization? Pick which one to work in at sign-in.
  • Top bar with project switcher and breadcrumbs — change project from anywhere, and always know where you are.

Procore service accounts, your own Procore app, and per-workspace integrations

  • Bring your own Procore credentials — organization owners and admins can now connect Procore with their own Procore developer app instead of Brink’s. Add the redirect URI shown in the Procore drawer to your app, paste in the Client ID and Secret, and connect. Secrets are write-only and stored encrypted, and renewing or revoking access uses whichever app you configured. See Procore.
  • Procore service account (DMSA) connections — if you bring your own Procore app, you can now connect it as a service account instead of a person. Add the Data Connection App (DMSA) component to your app manifest, declare the permissions there, and have a company admin install the app; then pick Service account (DMSA) in the Procore drawer. Access follows the manifest rather than the connecting user’s tool permissions, so financials no longer depend on who clicked Connect — and there’s no consent screen, no expiring credentials to renew, and no reconnect when staff change. See Procore.
  • Per-workspace integration availability — Brink can now enable or disable individual integrations for your organization, and integrations that aren’t ready yet appear on the Integrations page marked Coming soon rather than being hidden.

Member project access, product email, and org branding

  • Per-member project access — admins can now manage which projects each member can reach from the Members tab, including multi-project assignment and organization-wide access.
  • Email notifications — opt in to the daily digest, agent task completion, and integration failure alerts by email, per member, under Organization settings → Notifications.
  • Organization logo upload — drag and drop your logo in Organization settings; it replaces the Brink wordmark in the sidebar.
  • Document versions by drag-and-drop — upload a new version of a document straight into its Versions panel.
  • Agent run history pagination — long run histories now load incrementally with load-more.
  • Responsive polish across review, wiki, integrations, chat, daily, and schedule views.
  • Deep-linkable pages — filters, tabs, and drawers now sync to the URL, so the back button works and views can be shared as links.
  • Custom project labels — rename “Projects” to whatever your team says (“Jobs”, “Sites”); the label follows everywhere in the product.
  • Performance — database and indexing improvements for noticeably faster page loads.
  • Accessibility improvements across menus, dialogs, and the schedule view.

P6 schedules

  • Import Primavera P6 schedules — upload an XER export from the Documents page and Brink renders it as a Gantt chart on the new Schedule page, grouped by WBS with the critical path called out.
  • See what moved between revisions — every new export is compared against the one before it. Ghost bars show where each activity used to sit, and Brink flags added and removed activities, shifted dates, changed durations, eroded float, swapped calendars, and altered logic lag.
  • Schedule on the Daily page — what’s landing today now includes schedule activities alongside meetings and tasks, with a banner when a new revision has been flagged.
