The Wiki
The Wiki is Brink’s living company memory. As data flows in, Brink distills what it learns into wiki pages — vendors, processes, project facts — so knowledge stops living only in people’s heads. The page is a three-pane layout: Pages on the left with search, the page body in the middle, and History on the right.- Pages are organized in folders and link to each other with wikilinks; each page shows where it’s Mentioned in elsewhere.
- Claims carry citations. Statements on a page are backed by sources, and the page header shows how many claims it holds and which revision you’re reading.
- History lists every revision — who (or which agent) made it, when, and the change summary.
- Anyone can Edit a page directly; add a change summary and Save revision.
The Wiki is enabled per organization. If you don’t see it in the sidebar, ask
Brink to turn it on for your workspace.
Review
Changes the system proposes to the wiki are never applied on their own — they queue on the Review page for human approval, with a “N pending” count in the navigation. Each proposal card shows the page path, a change summary, what kind of page it is, who it’s for, how well-grounded it is, and how long it’s been waiting. Open one and you get:- Diff — current vs proposed, line by line.
- Claims & citations — every claim in the proposal with its sources and a grounding score.
- Why queued — the reason this change needs a human.
Approving and rejecting proposals requires an admin role. Everyone can
read the queue.
