Box feeds your project folders into Brink’s Document Center: files are versioned, parsed (with OCR for scans), classified, and made searchable with page-level citations. Who can connect: organization owners and admins.

Connect Box

1

Open Integrations

On the Integrations page, click the Box card, then Connect Box.
2

Authorize with Box

Sign in and approve access. Use an account that can see the folders you want covered.
3

Bind folders

On the Projects page, bind a Box folder to each project. The picker offers your Box root (“All Files”) first, then top-level folders.
Binding the root is the resilient choice if your folder structure gets reorganized — everything under it stays covered, up to 25 levels deep.

What gets synced

All files in the bound folder and its subfolders flow into the Document Center — blob-stored, versioned, parsed (PDF layout extraction with OCR fallback), chunked, and embedded, preserving page/line provenance for citations. Syncs are efficient: files whose version hasn’t changed are skipped without re-downloading, and files deleted in Box are marked deleted in Brink.

Notes

  • Box supports near-real-time updates via webhooks, but the webhook subscription must be configured by Brink for your deployment. Without it, Box still syncs on the regular ~15-minute cadence.
  • Disconnecting revokes Brink’s access with Box.
