Box feeds your project folders into Brink’s Document Center: files are versioned, parsed (with OCR for scans), classified, and made searchable with page-level citations.Who can connect: organization owners and admins. Box has no personal mode — it is always an organization connection.

Authorize with Box
Sign in and approve access. Use an account that can already see the folders you want covered — Brink’s access follows exactly what that account can see.

Bind folders
Brink returns you to the Integrations page and opens Bind folders to a project automatically. Pick the Project, tick the folders Brink should sync, and click Bind n folders. Choose Skip for now to bind later.The list offers your Box root — All Files (root) — first, then every top-level folder.
Binding the root is the safest choice if your folder structure gets reorganized — everything under it stays covered, up to 25 levels deep.
A Box connection with no folder binding syncs nothing at all — Brink will
not walk an entire company Box account and publish it org-wide. Bind at least
one folder to finish the setup.
To add bindings later, open the Box card, and on the account click Bind folders — the same picker opens. You can also bind from a project’s Integrations tab on the Projects page.
All files in the bound folder and its subfolders flow into the Document Center — stored, versioned, read page by page (with OCR for scans), and made searchable, keeping the page and line behind every citation.Syncs are efficient: files that haven’t changed since the last sync are skipped without being downloaded, and files deleted in Box are marked deleted in Brink.
Very large files are recorded by name and location but not read — Brink’s
per-file limit is 300 MB by default.
Box supports near-real-time updates, but Brink has to enable them for your organization. Without that, Box still syncs on the regular schedule, roughly every 15 minutes. You can force one at any time with Sync now.
The folder walk stops at 25 levels deep, which is deep enough for any real project tree and stops a shared-folder loop from spinning a sync forever.
If a bound folder briefly returns nothing — a revoked share, a moved folder — Brink does not mass-delete its documents; it waits for a listing it can trust.
Disconnecting revokes Brink’s access with Box and deletes the stored credentials.
