Sync project meetings for call briefs and scheduling context
Google Calendar gives Brink your meeting context — titles, times, attendees and locations — which is what fills the Daily page and powers call briefs.Who can connect: any member, for their own calendar; owners and admins for an organization connection bound to a project.

Authorize with Google
Approve read-only calendar access (calendar.readonly) and your email address. Brink can read events but never create, edit, or cancel them.

Bind calendars (organization connections)
On the Projects page, open the project’s Integrations tab and bind the calendar. The picker lists every calendar in your Google calendar list; if you leave the resource blank, the binding uses the account’s primary calendar. A binding is still required — an organization connection with no binding delivers nothing.

A personal calendar connection is private to you and isn’t bound to a
project — it feeds your own Daily page and your own assistant.

The first sync reaches 30 days back and then keeps up continuously from Google’s own change feed, so new and moved meetings appear within the normal sync cycle.
Meeting times are stored as exact instants and displayed in your browser’s timezone — the same meeting reads correctly whether you’re on site or at head office. All-day events are treated as dates rather than instants, so they never shift a day across timezones.
This is separate from a project’s site timezone, which is set on the
project and decides what counts as a jobsite day for daily logs, schedule and
digests. Calendars are always shown in your own timezone.
Calendars are treated as private providers, with the same protections as mail: a personally connected calendar is visible only to you, and if Brink can’t determine whose calendar an organization connection represents, the data is held unreadable rather than defaulting to organization-wide.
Disconnecting revokes Brink’s access with Google and deletes the stored credentials.
If Google invalidates Brink’s change token (it does this occasionally), Brink automatically re-reads the calendar in full on the next sync — no action needed.
